The Media Society at The Conduit on Tuesday 9th June 2026 at 6.30pm.
Join us for one of our special in-person Media Society events at The Conduit – for what will be a fascinating session on the podcast industry.
Podcasts have moved from niche to mainstream, reinventing how audiences discover, listen and watch.
Our Media Society panel discussion will look at what’s next for podcasts: breakout formats, the rise of video-first shows on YouTube and TV, monetisation models, and how AI is changing production and discovery. We’ll debate whether there are too many podcasts, what makes a hit, and whether personality or topic drives growth.
As one of our in-person events, this is a great chance to meet the speakers and industry peers over drinks at the pay bar before and after the discussion.
The discussion is being produced in partnership with The Conduit.
