Here's a quick reminder of two events coming up in the next few weeks:
Review of the Year and Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Next week, Tuesday 25th November at 6pm. All members are welcome to attend. The meeting will include a presentation on what the Society has achieved in 2025 and its plans for the future. Drinks after the formal part of the meeting.
Venue: Reed Smith, 1 Blossom Yard, London, E1 6RS or via Zoom.
If you are planning to attend the AGM please send an RSVP to admin@themediasociety.com - and you will be sent information about access to the venue or the Zoom link. Only those who have RSVP'd can attend the meeting.
Media Society Festive Drinks
Monday 8th December. 6.30pm. Organised with the Journalists’ Charity. Music from the jazz band Bossa Rio. Venue: The October Gallery, near Holborn.
All members are welcome. Tickets £12.50 for Media Society members and their guests. Buy tickets here.
This will be a great opportunity to network and enjoy some festive cheer with friends, colleagues and contacts in the journalism and media industry.
Ticket numbers are limited - and we strongly advise members to book early.
